Hebei ZhuFeng Iron Tower co. ,LTD is a steel tower company which is specialized in design, manufacturing and installation for more than 20 years. Our factory is located in Xiyuan industry zone, Gucheng town, Hebei province. It covers an area of 67,000 square meters with 3 production workshops of which the area is 28,000 square meters; Our Annual capacity is up to 30,000 tons, 300 towers monthly. As the second grade construction enterprises, we set up the company with registered capital of 15 million dollars and assert of 27 million dollars. And the employee number is totally 165.
Our factory is equipped with advanced equipment, strong technical support, and kinds of facilities more than 100 sets. In our workshop, there are 3 Fain angle steel production lines, 3 sets of Fain CNC machines, 3 sets of large hydraulic shears and 3 sets of medium-sized lathes. Bending machine adopts Yellowstone forging 2400 tons double machine linkage of 2 sets. Plasma equipment adopts America Hypertherm 200 power and cutting length can reach 6*30 M. Submerged arc welding machine adopts Kaiyuan equipment,and it can achieve double forming effect by single side welding, which will greatly improve the work efficiency. Plus, there are 80 sets of punching machine, sawing machine and two welding equipment and 56 skilled welders that can fix all kinds of welding work. Kinds of large forklifts and cranes can make sure all the loading and unloading work of our factory. We have been one of the tops that can be a professional in design, production and installing towers within 100 meters. Our products are: communication tower, stainless steel decoration tower, power tower, lightning tower, wind tower, beautification tower, camouflage tree, rapid development unit. etc.. Mostly, they are used in China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, hydraulic engineering, electric power, military, public security, petroleum, coal, climate, traffic and tourism department.
